Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer/ Sr. Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our organization. Your expertise in Salesforce development will be essential in crafting efficient and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.
• Optimize Salesforce configurations to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Implement best practices for security, data governance, and compliance within the environment.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the overall technical excellence of the team.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

Required Skills/Experience:
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce – Service, Sales, or Experience Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customizations, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and REST/SOAP web services.
• Proficient in Salesforce release management and version control.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proficient in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Bachelor’s degree with preference in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Business, and/or equivalent formal training, certifications, or work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an Information Technology environment.
• Able to work out of the Fort Worth office (with potential of being 50% remote) and will relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area within 30 days of hire.
• Authorized to work in the US without Company sponsorship now AND in the future

Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Experienced in Java, HTML, Open Shift, Angular and/or Dev Ops
• Experience with Einstein Analytics.
• Integration technologies for middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) Including API, Tibco BusinessWorks/ EMS, and message protocols/formats (JMS, MQ, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce DX.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
