Solutions Consultant (CJA/CJO)

Alterian is currently looking for a full-time remote Solutions Consultant to join their team in the Eastern zone of the United States.

About The Role:

The CX Strategy Consultant will partner with Sales and Client Success to fully explore and uncover customer business challenges, identify potential solutions, and work with our clients and partners to arrive at the most beneficial plan to address their business and CX goals. To be successful, you will develop expert knowledge of all Alterian products and be established as a “trusted adviser” for customers and senior executive stakeholders.

Job Duties:

  • From a journey focus, work with Customers and Partners to develop CX roadmaps from their vision for their customer experience to define the set of goals and actions needed to drive measurable business results. Roadmaps will be both forward-looking and have an actionable level of detail.
  • Work with Sales and Presales to complete and validate capabilities for RFI and RFPs
  • Facilitate client/prospect/partner workshops to develop CX strategies into CX solution definitions.
  • Support the Account Managers to review Customer and Partner strategies and roadmaps each year which are focused on realizing value from CJA/CJO adoption to drive continued growth and client retention.
  • Supporting Sales to identify opportunities and assist partners to define new GTM propositions (CJO/CJA products, packages and/or solutions for that will meet market needs of brands).
  • Create and hand off clear briefs to Account, Project, and Training teams on the solution proposition for new customers, including explanation of what the system users will want to be able to do.Define data sources and specific data points required to derive insights (nice to have).
  • Create/Spec Custom Dashboards for specific business Insights (nice to have).
  • As part of the project delivery team, draw insights from journey visualizations, dashboards, and reports, play back to internal and client teams and make practical ‘next step’ recommendations.
  • Prepare and present case studies of successful CJA and CJO adoption.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to promote our obsession with CX, reviewing, critiquing and creating thought leadership.
  • Promote CX general education of clients, partners, and internals by contributing to content, Webinars & thought leadership.
  • From the point of view of client and partner CX strategies, identify potential platform limits and constraints which may need to be addressed through product or service and feed these back internally to relevant teams.
  • Working with Product Strategy Director to align what we’re learning from client and partner CX strategies with Alterian’s product strategy.

Education and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in consulting roles, helping brands from a range of sectors to devise, design define and deploy against their CX strategies. Ideally, includes experience from client services/digital transformation areas.
  • Technical acumen – comes from solid experience in tech with similar roles/industries. Is able to quickly learn capabilities of solutions and related technologies.
  • Has a portfolio of successful project examples and published thought leadership.
  • Developed and familiar with methodologies and toolsets relevant to CX strategy / Digital transformation design and development; including CX Strategy Design, Journey Mapping, ROI modelling, Business Insights
  • Data literate, able to work with analytics and insights tools to independently draw conclusions and insights from data.
  • Strong business acumen is seen as a direct, truthful, trusted individual.
  • A strategic thinker, able to come up with out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven, and solution-oriented skillset
  • Must have full driving license.
  • Must have the right to live and work in the USA.

Salary

  • $100k -$140k (Depending on experience)
