Overview
The Seasonal Sourcer will partner closely with Recruiter and, HR Partners to proactively attract top talent for Tiffany & Co New York City.
As a Sourcer you will:
- Work diligently to identify, attract, interview, and hire top Retail talent.
- Proactively conduct research and build innovative sourcing strategies for roles across the Markets
- Be passionate about researching new and existing market talent pools and ways to engage talent through a variety of sourcing methodologies.
- Be tenacious and creative in your approach and driven by finding and hiring the best.
- Be Proficient with LinkedIn and other platforms, comfortable building Boolean search strings and learning new systems
- Creatively provide new opportunities to connect and build relationships with critical talent.
- Coordinate with Hiring, Managers and hiring teams in order to understand the candidate profiles needed
- Craft and send engaging recruiting emails / outreach
- Create and drive a diversity network for the Markets team
- Develop talent pipelines for current & future hiring needs through strategic sourcing initiatives
- Utilize current employees and external networks for referrals
- Conduct first stage interviews and arranging subsequent stages
- Contribute to providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Be a team player who is agile and can pivot to support other teams within the Talent organization when needed
Experience
Required:
- Previous experience on passive recruiting / sourcing top talent for Market roles
- Minimum of 3 years research/sourcing experience ideally in Luxury retail
- Experience building diverse candidate pools
- An established network ideally in the luxury retail industry
- Experience successfully engaging passive candidates
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings, networks)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) LinkedIn Recruiter experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills
Desired:
- Knowledge of related business issues, trends and best practices as it relates to talent acquisition
- Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Industry experience in retail, consumer products, or service industry (Retail, Luxury or multi-brand)
- Prior high-volume recruitment experience
The hiring range for this position ranges from $74,035 – $100,165. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
