Create, align, and execute sourcing and category strategies to continuously reevaluate and optimize Microsoft’s enterprise-wide logistical functions or supply chain. Evaluate metrics and
processes, such as best value, supplier cost competitiveness, and product lifecycle including continuity of fulfillment and supply, and supply-base development and oversight. Collaborate
with cross functional teams to aggregate the diverse demands of Microsoft’s businesses and identify, develop, manage, and optimize suppliers, systems, processes, and organizational
capabilities and capacity. Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of buyers, purchasing officers, or related workers involved in procuring materials, products, or services. Leverage reports,
dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business verticals. Create, align, and execute sourcing
and category strategies to continuously reevaluate and optimize Microsoft’s enterprise-wide logistical functions or supply chain. Telecommuting permitted less than 50%/week within same
geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Minimum Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Logistics, Logistical Science Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related degree.
• Experience: 24 months of experience in finance, project management, supply chain and/or operations.
• Education or Experience in: Reporting; Process Improvement; Project Planning and Management; KPI and Metrics Design; Methods and Quality Improvement; and Financial Analysis.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (V8447933.c), in Atlanta, GA, is $110,540 to $140,540 per year.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
