Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Desk Associate to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art regeneration lounge at the AMEX Centurion Lounge in JFK International Airport. Full time and part time position available. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing superior customer service to all guests
  • Explaining and educating our guests on all our different offerings
  • Ensuring the facilities are clean and maintained to the highest standards and are on brand
  • Inventory tracking and supply ordering
  • Staff scheduling, coaching, and development

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:

  • -2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and computer skills
  • Must be enthusiastic, upbeat, outgoing, personable, passionate and knowledgeable about the spa industry
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Be able to utilize new techniques and ideas
  • Must pass Airport Security Background check

Pay Transparency: $15/hr, ability to earn additional incentives
