Job Description
A space analyst maintains archive documents and the archive database to support all HQF divisions. The archive documents include AutoCAD, Revit, and .pdf asbuilts for all HQF facilities. They are responsible for evaluating and applying space standards for all HQF projects. They maintain the system of record for space allocations, and employee locations for all Departments located in HQF facilities. A space analyst provides space support and archive consulting services for many church entities outside of HQF facilities. They develop, implement, and support facilities software for use by the entire HQF Department. They provide technical software training to all Departments (Asbuilt catalog, AutoCAD, Revit, FLS space software, location finder, etc.) They manage the day to day activities of interns/CSM’s.
Starting pay for this position will be $70,000/yr, depending on experience and education.
