As a Special Projects Training Support Coordinator, you will be the administrative supervisor for two teams of approximately 45 interim trainers supporting the Care Delivery and Epic implementations. As the administrative supervisor, this role will approve timecards, PTO, expense reports, create and communicate updates to daily schedules, organize team meetings for projects, provide communication to trainers, and all other duties to keep trainers organized and focused on their duties.
Performance feedback for the 45 interim trainer roles will not be an expectation of this role, that feedback will come from other managers of the Talent Development Team and the core team members for each project. Direction may come from position supervisor or anyone on the two Core Implementation Teams who needs support organizing or communicating with the training teams.

**This interim role is expected to be in place from the middle of May 2023 up until February of 2024 or sooner if most EPIC trainers are released from their interim roles.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Perform all supervisory functions in Paylocity: approve timecards, approve or deny PTO, approve expense reports for approximately 45 trainers on two special projects
- Manage the complex schedules of trainers on both special projects, including last minute changes in schedules due to changes in availability
- Manage logistics of daily life for trainers: travel schedule, hotel reservations, order meals for training, ensure tools needed to perform training roles are available, etc
- Take responsibility for all printing & shipping of training materials to support training programs
- Consistently exhibit effective communication, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude

What we’re looking for:
- 1 year in an administrative role such as an Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting large projects within a large organizational team
- Ability to be responsive to changing priorities and simultaneously manage complex initiatives
- Ability to work an interim role beginning in May 2023 and ending by February 2024
- Must work a 40-hour week on a 5/8 schedule with occasional to frequent overtime
$24.35 – $25.57 an hour
