The Role and What You’ll Do:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Specialist, HRIS Workday Support to join the Global HRIS team. The successful candidate will support the growing Endeavor group, with a keen focus on people-experience and a mindset for continual improvement.
This role will report to our Manager, HRIS Support and Training Manager and collaborate closely with the wider HRIS and HR Operations team.
- Monitor and respond to Tier 2 support queries received from the Endeavor group employees and HR colleagues. Prioritise and escalate as required.
- Identify support trends and develop training content to help reduce support calls.
- Support and train new HR team members, across the HR Business area, in role specific Workday tasks.
- Partner with the HR Operations Assistants team to evolve their Workday understanding and in turn enable them to support Endeavor Managers with their Workday transactions. Training to to Include, for example: drop-in sessions, tip of the week and 1:1 support where needed.
- Create and maintain training guides.
- Participate in the Workday Help Implementation phased roll-out.
- Design and develop ad hoc custom reports, adapting to business needs as required.
- Review, audit and manage the Workday Supervisory Organisation alongside the HR & HR Operations team.
- Review, audit and manage Workday open positions and work with the HR & HR Operations team to improve their understanding of position management.
- Assist senior analysts with regression testing, controls and documentation, alongside release of any new functionality or changes to current configuration environment.
- Help test and track Workday change requests and compile testing logs for changes to functionality.
You Have These
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in HR systems, specifically Workday.
- Understanding and config experience across several Workday modules -eg: Core HCM, L & OD, Compensation, Absence, Time tracking and Recruiting.
- Experience of Workday custom report building and eager to train in their usage.
- Discreet and sensitive to HR data, its’ management and confidential nature.
- Is observant of and consistently works in line with compliance, data privacy and audit requirements.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Strong teamworking skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, flexible and willing to “lean-in” as and when required.
- Works effectively within a virtual team
- Strong interest in delivery of first-class Workday people experience.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, trouble shooting and time management skills.
- Able to use own initiative as well as working as part of a team
- Managing own priorities and communicating conflicting demands.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through both instruction and self-training/research, investigation of complex issues and lifecycle testing.
- Curious, change orientated and passionate about process improvement.
- Open to working flexible hours.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:$58,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum: $82,500 annually
