Job Description
The Learning & Organization Development Specialist plans and executes data analysis, research, systems/process implementation and administration. Interfaces with clients to gather and interpret data, present insights, and provide process/system guidance. Supports major survey and process administration (e.g., TSAT, Pulse Surveys, etc.), along with other L&OD processes requiring presentations of confidential/sensitive data/information and/or analysis of data within online systems/programs (e.g., succession planning, performance management, ad hoc surveys, and assessments, focus groups, etc.)
Responsibilities
Organizational Development:
- Executes administration of major surveys/assessment processes (e.g., Team Member Engagement & Satisfaction surveys, Engagement Pulse Surveys and Development Feedback Assessments) to identify individual and organizational improvement opportunities that support USH goals and objectives.
- Researches and analyzes team and organization needs and trends through collection, analysis and interpretation of survey data and comments. Interfaces with clients to gather/present data and provide process guidance.
- Implements and administers customized assessment and data gathering tools (e.g., workbooks/databases, online survey tools, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of USH Team Members and teams.
- Administers systems/approaches involving performance, development, and talent management data to gather, interpret, and report trends and analysis to answer critical business and employee talent needs.
- Support L&OD team with other employee engagement, development and OD initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree – Management, OD, Education, Sociology, Market Research, or related areas.
- 1-3 years Human Resources experience
- Detailed planning & organizing, ability to prioritize and manage change.
- Demonstrated project management and analytical skills.
- Solid working experience with statistical analysis/survey data
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Database Management
- Experience in Change Management planning
- Comfortable in facilitating OD-based conversations/trainings.
- Experience with personality profiles (e.g., DiSC, Clifton StrengthsFinder, Myers Briggs, etc.)
Preferred Characteristics
- Master’s Degree – Management, OD, Education, Sociology, Market Research, or related areas.
- Proficient technical skill and ability to learn online systems.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proactive partnering and teamwork
- Comfortable presenting to groups.
- Certified in delivering personality profiles (e.g., DiSC, Clifton StrengthsFinder, Myers Briggs, etc.)
Eligibility Requirements

- This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
