As a Sr. Account Executive on our US Spanish Language Ad Sales team, you will use your experience selling digital advertising solutions to large US Spanish Language advertisers and their media agencies to successfully grow and scale the domestic revenues. Through client-side and agency relationships, a consultative approach and understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned brands or clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met. You will further use your networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop and manage new accounts or brands that will complement our existing roster and help you reach your personal revenue targets. As an individual contributor, you’ll be supported by our operations team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.
A day in the life
Sr. AEs are the main point of contact between Amazon Ads and premium advertisers and agencies, being responsible for managing that relationship and most importantly providing solutions to their needs through leveraging all products we have available.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of B2B sales experience
– 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
– 5+ years of B2B sales across fortune 500 advertisers and agencies experience
– Experience closing sales and revenue generation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience building new customer relationships
– Experience closing sales and generating revenue

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives.
