Key job responsibilities
The Agency Development Managers (ADM) are single threaded owners responsible for relationships with our largest agency customers in the US. They own the Amazon Advertising/Agency Holding Company US relationship at the most senior level. ADMs are tasked with accelerating Amazon Advertising revenue, increasing Amazon Ads tool adoption and increasing penetration of the total advertiser universe in each agency. Candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced in operating at all levels of matrixed organizations, strategic thinkers with the ability to earn the trust of partners internally and externally. Candidates must make data-driven decisions, achieve aggressive goals, and have the ability to “think big” while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experiences to Amazon Advertising’s media agency customers. ADMs play a critical role in arming agencies with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell through Amazon-focus ideas to their clients. You will be accountable for advertiser growth via strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with US media agencies. In particular a background in Adtech and Programmatic Sales will be key in navigating key partnership priorities for this Agency Holding Company relationship.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience building new customer relationships
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior experience in agency development or business development at a major media company
• Domain expertise in digital advertising with focus on Adtech, programmatic and video
• Established relationships at, and/or deep understanding of, ‘Big 6’ Holding Companies
• Experience in agency stakeholder relationship management (particularly across Strategy, Planning and Investment functions), translating their business needs into revenue driving opportunities for mutual success
• Ability to earn trust with a broad range of constituents and work seamlessly with several levels of a complex organization driving towards specific objectives
• Proven track record of delivering results and driving aggressive revenue growth
• Excellent presentation skills to both small or large groups of customers (agencies)
• A self-starter who takes initiative and is action oriented

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives.
