The Senior Analyst, FP&A that supports our Corporate business has responsibility for supporting Monthly Business Review(MBR)/Quarterly(QBR) deliverables, PPI projects, supply chain initiatives and various ad-hoc requests.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategies and initiatives as identified by leadership team (i.e. Productivity, Warranty Savings, etc.).
- Drive rigorous and transparent reporting (i.e. warranty, scrap, freight, PPI savings, E&O) metrics, financial planning and analysis to support business decisions.
- Provide ongoing analytical and reporting support to Operations leaders on productivity and productivity lost (freight, warranty, scrap, sourcing and E&O performance in addition to ad hoc requests).
- Work closely with Cost/Operational Accounting on investigations and reporting variances
- Champion for lean transformation. Actively drive productivity and a continuous improvement culture. Partner with operations team to identify high impact projects, and to validate and accurately measure all project savings.
- Establish relationships with individuals across the division to define practices and strategies to drive productivity and maintain cost effectiveness.
Qualifications/Education:
- An undergraduate degree is required. Preferably in accounting, finance, math or related field
- Superior quantitative and analytical capabilities with Advanced Excel; Strong financial systems capabilities.
- 3+ years accounting or financial analysis experience.
- The successful candidate also has very good overall business skills; he/she does not limit the scope of responsibilities to finance and accounting but helps to develop solutions to broad business issues.
- Must be able to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks in a complex environment with strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation/Benefits:
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position. The package includes base salary, bonus, equity, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k/Match.
Salary Range for this position is $100,000-$115,000.
