Sr. Associate, Facility Operations (Remote-Eligible)
Manages the day-to-day facility operations for the Retail network which includes branches and cafes. Is comfortable communicating to a broad leadership audience on the state of facility emergencies and next steps/solutions. Works to ensure high customer satisfaction on facility services from the branch/cafe associates and customers who utilize our retail locations. Will assist the Cafe Facilities Lead and the Branch Facilities Lead with initiatives and special projects to create a well managed environment.
Accountable for management of the facility/real estate supplier to ensure work order turnaround times are met, facility services are performed in accordance with all agreed policies, inspections occur, and KPIs are met. Monitors reports which detail supplier performance, communicates performance to suppliers, and makes recommendations for improvement, as needed. Participates in developing strategies, processes, or projects that will improve business performance. Develops skills to leverage strengths and fill gaps to address performance and risk areas.
Responsibilities :
- Operations management, project management, and process management for the Retail Property Management team
- Conducts facility inspections at branch and café locations to ensure standards are being met
- Main point of contact for facility emergencies/escalations
- Assess and manage facility/real estate requirements and vendor performance
- Proposing and implementing new operational strategies
- Establish a strategic vision and drive execution
- Reporting, analysis and communications of supplier performance
- Lead process design and analysis projects in support of business objectives

This role is client facing mobile and will require travel ~25% of the time to the Retail locations.
Basic Qualifications :
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years facility management experience or at least 2 years of Operations experience
- At least 2 years of Project management experience or 2 years of Process management experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- 1+ year of Real estate operations experience
- 1+ year of Supplier management experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Remote (Regardless of Location): $84,300 – $96,200 for Sr. Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
