Sr Associate, Quality Services – Luna

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Device Associate to perform digital content evaluation on games consumed on Amazon’s Luna Platform. You will manage the processing of new submissions and re-submissions to include record creation, download, install, and test digital content to ensure it meets Amazon’s high quality bar. Above all, you will play a vital role in helping us meet our game selection expansion goals while protecting our high-quality customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

As a Device Test Associate you will:

– Download, install, and test games, on Fire TV, and non-Amazon devices to ensure digital content adheres to Amazon’s content policies and high-quality bar for Luna

– Work with the program management teams to address content issues as required

– Maintain detailed and accurate evaluation notes on issue tracking

– Identify and champion process improvement ideas and systems enhancements that could increase the productivity or quality of our content operations

– Play a vital role in helping us meet our daily catalog goals while protecting our high-quality customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 1 + years content evaluation, games testing, or similar experience in a technology, digital media industry or equivalent field Passionate about Technology, Gaming Experience in Gaming Industry

– The ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality bar. Comfort working with a broad range of technological productivity and work-flow management tools including SharePoint, Excel, and Word

– Self-motivation and a strong bias for action

– The ability to independently hit aggressive productivity goals with minimal supervision

– Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals

– An ability to identify, communicate, and champion process improvement opportunities that will benefit the entire content operations team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree preferred

– Concentrations in communications, marketing, computer science or other technical field preferred game testing experience, test scripts creation, content evaluation, game applications. Passionate about gaming and quality process. A passion for technology, digital media, games, pop culture, eCommerce, the Internet and the mobile/voice market segment Meticulous attention to detail

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– The ability to partner with internal team members effectively

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $32,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $80,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
