Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst (Hybrid)
Role/Responsibilities:
§ Contribute to the development of an approach to identifying, planning and managing IT resilience risks.
§ Ensure the development of appropriate resilience and continuity plans for major systems failure against top threats and vulnerabilities.
§ Lead the delivery of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity controls and coordinate technical response to major IT incidents.
§ Provide advisory on building resilient IT landscape across Infra & Applications
§ Assist the Head of Strategy and Architecture as well as other architects and application heads as necessary to develop resilience architecture.
§ Work with the IT GRC team and provide regular updates to them on the implementation of BCP. Accommodate any guidelines received from the IT GRC team.
§ Support application teams as they implement measures to ensure compliance with control requirements.
§ Review technology recovery planning methodologies and procedures to ensure inclusion of relevant leading practices and technology changes.
§ Provide leadership and subject matter expertise on technology recovery methodologies to the IT Department.
Required Qualifications:
§ 8 to 10 years of experience.
§ Experience with handling Business resilience, incident response and crisis management Implementing and maintaining a Business Continuity Management System.
§ A high-level understanding of IT system architectural design and network design.
§ Knowledge of the key IT and change management processes and associated risks and controls
§ Professional certification in (CBCI DRI ISO 22301:2019 etc.) preferred.
§ Ability to manage stakeholder relationships including team members, vendors and partners.
§ Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to present and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audience.
§ Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resolution of issues.
Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
