Job Description/Job Summary
Sr. Business Analyst -. Possess Analytical and Business Analysis skills in planning, understanding the scope, identify activities, schedule, dependencies. Work with stakeholders and gathering the requirements, providing the Business Requirements documents, creation of user stories and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Excellent Business Analysis and Requirements gathering, documenting experience
• Must have Healthcare experience.
• Able to prepare Business Requirements document and review and participate in Requirement gathering meetings, State review meetings, Health plans and Scrum meetings.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• Assist developers with explain the requirements and the business impact analysis.
• Work with the team and ensure the successful implementation of the projects
Must Have skills
• 10-12 years of strong Business Analyst experience
• Must have Healthcare experience
• Able to create BRD(s) and mockups based on Health plan inputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality
• Ability to organize and plan work independently
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
Preferred skills
Technical skills as SQL.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – 103,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
