General Summary:
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst/Sr with a strong background in process/project management, and data analysis.
The Business Operations Analyst/Sr is primarily responsible for
- Driving monthly BU forecast & design win process: collaborating with cross functional teams to drive BU forecast process from end to end and enhance/maintain all the tools and reports to successfully meet QCT S&OP deadlines.
- This role will support monthly forecast processes including the MCX (Mobile, Compute, XR, WMSS) and TPE (Small Cell, Infrastructure) Business Unit.
- This person will be working in partnership with key stakeholders including IT, Product Management, Finance, Sales Ops, Supply Chain and Regional Sales.
- This position will be accountable to identify business trends and needs, work with large and complex data sets, complete scenario analyses, create dashboards of key metrics, and provide recommendations for both process improvements and operational decisions. This includes identifying risks, shifts in demand and opportunities based on a deep understanding of the business and available data. The knowledge gained through these analyses will be applied to improve demand accuracy, supply chain decisions to maximize supply and minimize E&O
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
OR
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 6+ years of business operations or related experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Past roles in one or more of the following areas: Project/Program management, Sales Operations, Demand Planning, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain
- Experience with strategic demand planning /forecasting/pipeline processes
- Experience in driving processes, analytics, and reporting initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collaborative, teamwork mindset
- Proven organizational and planning skills
- Presentation skills (effective written and verbal communication)
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel
- Tableau experience building dashboards highly preferred

Pay range:
$84,500.00 – $126,500.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
