As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you’re expected and empowered to be your best, to grow and develop your skills and team. Be prepared to move quickly, to engage proactively, and to think strategically.

As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will identify and analyze existing processes to improve business performance and lead change management activities. The ability to coordinate and collaborate with all levels of the organization are keys to success.

In this role, you will support the Fraud team by collaborating closely with other business partners for smooth integration of improvement and implementation of new processes as well as implementation of new fraud systems. A working knowledge of consumer payments fraud and card network processing is important to be successful in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Analyzes existing business processes, develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements
  • Coordinates with others on process improvement opportunities
  • Researches and develops operational policies and procedures that focus on consumer payments fraud and increased efficiency within the overall network ecosystem
  • Applies sophisticated data analysis and technological skills to fulfil data analysis requests, produce metric reports, and support business decisions using data; may lead others in the use of standard measurement and reporting tools
  • Collaborates with multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project success
  • Develops and drives change management activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience with consumer payments fraud management
  • Experience championing continuous improvement projects
  • Experience establishing reporting, defining KPIs and ensuring adherence to SLAs
  • Comfort and experience with SQL/SaaS analysis or other related tools
  • Proven detail oriented with critical thinking skills – ability to break down initiative-level requirements into feature and story attribute level details
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously; strategic thinking with ability to build solid working relationships across organizational teams in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with non-technical and technical people inside and outside the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, prioritize and execute improvement initiatives with a sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP/PMI Certification
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar software
