You:
An experienced contract manager interested in working in a dynamic, growing business with experience in technology transactions and enterprise SaaS, including supporting global sales teams. You are a self-starter with strong attention to detail, a collaborative, customer-friendly style and impeccable follow-through, even in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities
- Drive critical customer contracts, working closely with the sales organization and leadership within the legal team to review, revise, negotiate, and close new and existing customer revenue generating agreements
- Administer and maintain a contract management system, including managing the contract process (both within the contract management application and offline), reporting on key terms, refresh cycles on form documentation, and related data input
- Identify and design process in areas where the legal group can achieve scale, efficiency, and speed while maintaining high quality
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Min 7 years of experience in a high volume transaction-based role that requires attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience in a customer/client-facing capacity
- A flexible and service-oriented mentality focused on results
- Bachelor’s degree
- In-House Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Software licensing, especially SaaS model transactions
- Admin for a business management application (such as Salesforce.com or a contract management system).

Additional Information
The compensation range being offered for this role is a total compensation of $84,400 – $127,200.
This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role and other discretionary factors.
