The Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization strives to improve the Amazon customer experience by working directly with Selling Partners to enable more selection, reduce defects, and drive growth across their businesses. Our team invents and innovates across technology, processes and people to enhance the services we offer, improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction, and build scalable solutions.

About the Role

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management Tool) Program Manager owns defining system requirements, processes, and data needed for the seller recruitment, onboarding, and billing experience (Sales Operations). In this role you will help define the long-term vision of how SAS can use CRMs to improve productivity and operate more efficiently. You will use your business judgment and technical experience to partner with Tech teams to build out this tool.

Key job responsibilities
• Own defining and managing the CRM strategy for integrations with internal tools, data quality, platform hygiene, systems configuration and maintenance, notification announcements, environment refresh, and AppExchange products.
• Manage CRM features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, process builders, and other 3rd party applications.
• Partner with system product owners to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value.
• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, increase productivity, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and SMEs to support major project roll-outs, including training and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Manage Salesforce support requests and any escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of CRM or program management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• Exhibits sound business judgment and a proven ability to influence others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior management
• Independent and Entrepreneurial – ability to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance, or Business Development
• Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales force automation, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven track record leading data-driven analyses and influencing results
• Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $107,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
