Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Sr. Contract Operations Analyst position exists as a key contributor in identifying, developing and implementing technical solutions that will drive automation, standardize processes and procedures, conduct various system(s) testing and training, along with being an intricate part of various project based opportunities. This position will also investigate, interpret, analyze and audit customer’s contract pricing, assist in developing KPIs, track and report on key metrics as well as interact with various departments (Legal, Sales, Bids, Sales Analysis, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, Customer File), auditors and distributor partners.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Develop and implement technical solutions that drive automation, operational best practices, standardization, and significantly improve rate of resolution that support Contract Operations strategies and policies.
  • Collaborate with our distributor partners to identify, develop, and drive business process continuous improvement activities, conduct root cause analysis, determine error prevention solutions, and reduce chargeback and sales tracing errors.
  • Perform contract audits, analysis and execute monthly analytical reports by optimizing the use of data warehousing, data management, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are systematically represented accurately in correspondent systems.
  • Works with management to routinely design, refine, integrate, and deliver data related solutions based on the various departmental needs.
  • Plan, schedule and perform user acceptance testing and functional demonstrations to team members and management.
  • Assist in the development of the KPIs, providing context and analysis on the drivers and performance.
  • Assist in the tracking and reporting on key metrics and evaluate performance measured against goals.
  • Monitor key projects to ensure execution of deliverables within deadlines, working with relevant team members to resolve challenges and obstacles.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

  • Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field.
  • Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
  • Experience with Contract and Data Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Extensive understanding of ERP systems and integrations.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to self-manage in a complex / time sensitive environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and standard functions,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate complex processes and systems in highly collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market, products, and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and complete tasks independently following a defined process.
  • Ability to provide superior customer service with timely follow-up.
  • Strong decision making, strategy, tool and technology development.
  • Requires breadth of professional field and industry knowledge. Ability to integrate critical information and champion advanced strategies/concepts through the organization. Drives development of advanced technologies, principles and processes.
  • Manages activities of a functional area which has at least 2 departments or major functions through managers and/or experienced employees. Responsible for cost, method, and employee results.
  • Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
  • Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6 – 8 years related experience required.
  • Business Travel Required
