Job Summary

This role is responsible for day-to-day content management on criver.com, with a focus on managing all new webpage/content requests and optimizing content for SEO and usability. Working in an Agile methodology, the specialist will support a specific strategic business unit providing both tactical execution and strategic recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
With a strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, the Digital Experience Specialist will take a data-driven approach, running reports and leveraging website analytics to make informed decisions and identify content optimization opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as operational partner to marketing teams to provide strategic guidance on creating and updating content on criver.com, using data-driven decision making, A/B testing and best practices to continuously make suggestions for improvement and optimization in support of their business objectives
• Review, approve, and publish new and updated web content to ensure consistency with corporate guidelines and objectives
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics & SEO teams to develop and optimize landing pages that convert
• Advise stakeholders on all aspects of content development, from ideation to execution. Brainstorm and help develop content that engages and reaches audiences using not only words and pictures, but also infographics, videos, and other multimedia elements
• Analyze and report on website data and analytics to make informed decisions about page structure, information architecture and content hierarchy
• Serve as a subject matter expert for users of our content management system
• Assists in development of an enhancement roadmap for website initiatives in support of your business, working in collaboration with stakeholders and developers, to implement impactful content and functional enhancements to the website
• Manage internal stakeholder/client expectations to insure both strategic alignment and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-7 years in website content support, UX strategy, or related experience
  • Education: BS/BA degree, preferred.
  • Have an understanding of website best practices, emerging digital trends, search engine optimization strategies and customer-centric user experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting scheduled deadlines in an Agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience creating campaign metrics and KPIs
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Drupal experience is preferred
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, or jQuery experience a plus
  • Knowledge of personalization software a plus
  • Writing and/or editing experience a plus

Compensation Data

The pay range for this position is $80K – $90K USD. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, and location.
