The Sr eCommerce Loyalty Program Manager is responsible for providing ongoing leadership, strategy, growth, management, and execution of APMEX’s customer eCommerce loyalty program, The Bullion Club. This position will advocate taking a customer-first approach and serve as the loyalty subject matter expert for APMEX. The Sr eCommerce Loyalty Program Manager will leverage key performance indicators to optimize the eCommerce loyalty program and drive customer loyalty.

This role will work cross-functionally to drive projects to ensure successful execution and provide ongoing support to continue enhancing the eCommerce loyalty experience for customers.

What does this role consist of…

  • 60% – Program Management & Development
    • Manage all day-to-day activities associated with the overall success, health, and growth of The Bullion Club.
    • Establish, manage, and execute a 1-3 year program roadmap, identifying new features & benefits, partners, and program enhancements aligned with program objectives.
    • Evaluate program performance and understand member behavior to recommend impactful promotions, campaigns, and strategies that drive member take-up, spend, engagement, and value.
    • Establish and report on program key performance indicators on an ongoing basis, including executive dashboard.
  • 30% – Loyalty Marketing
    • Establish, manage, and execute an annual cross-channel marketing calendar that supports program growth, including new member acquisition and existing member engagement.
    • Ensure all program communication elements are cross-channel, incent action, are consistently deployed, and clearly articulate program benefits, value, and aspiration.
    • Create cross-promotional opportunities to drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and usage of APMEX’s retail credit card and ensure The Bullion Card is a key component of The Bullion Club experience.
  • 10% – Competitive and market intelligence
    • Evaluate customer research, market trends, and key competitors to become the “go-to” expert for customer loyalty at APMEX.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the APMEX customer base, our lifecycle segments, and unique personas.
    • Proactively problem solve and enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or other related field

Experience:

  • +2 years eCommerce loyalty marketing experience
  • Experience leading digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in credit card marketing preferred
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) preferred
  • Agile project management and workflow software (JIRA, Trello, Asana, TFS, etc.)
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint)
