Sr Healthcare Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Job Description

Molina Healthcare is hiring for a Sr Healthcare Marketing Specialist. This is a remote role that can be worked from any state in the US.

The Sr Healthcare Marketing Specialist is a part of the Content and Materials Development team within the Corporate Growth Marketing team. Content and Materials team is responsible for creating compliant and strategic content such as flyers, brochures, enrollment guides, etc. This team works with all other internal teams/departments such as Sales, Growth, and Enrollment.

Highly Qualified Applicants Will Have The Following Experience:

  • Experience creating public-facing materials for an MCO; experience with Medicaid OR Medicare compliance requirements. (Medicaid experience is highly desired!)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Comfortable leading projects and providing direction
  • Experience working with creative teams including graphic designers, copywriters, editors, etc.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Responsible for the development of marketing and sales collateral aimed at brand and message management. Develops, implements, and manages content for campaigns and other growth initiatives.
  • With minimal supervision, oversee marketing and sales collateral development end-to-end and ensure all content meets CMS and state regulatory guidance
  • Maintain taxonomy / nomenclature lists and go-to-market messaging grids for all products
  • Maintain a content inventory to assess, catalogue, and organize content requests and final production
  • Support content lifecycle for enterprise-wide marketing campaigns
  • Liaison between copywriters, designers, and material requestors to ensure content and creative is completed on time and of the highest quality
  • Ensure best practices for project intake, tracking, and delivery
  • Design efficient workflows related to content management
  • Edit, proof, and review all communications to meet the Molina brand, tone, voice, and style requirements
  • Advises and coordinates the production, ordering and distribution of marketing and sales collateral
  • Complies with policies, procedures, workflows, job aides and communication department training materials
  • Attend local community events up to 4 times per year
  • Travel within the U.S. 2-4 times per year for in-person team meetings
  • Works independently with state health plans or other clients (internal departments) to develop and implement measurable marketing programs or advertising plans.
  • Takes lead on developing marketing programs and standardizing them for use at the health plans.
  • Holds one on one meetings with health plan presidents and other clients to sell and receive buy in for all planning components.

  • Conducts research and develops plans based on market share, disenrollment, and membership growth data.
  • Receives and reacts to health plan requests for marketing. Often will serve as team point person for requests.

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role
Preferred Experience: 5-7 years in a similar role

Pay Range: $49,930 to $97,393 per year with actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
