Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. I Analyst -MyWall & Voyce.
In this role, the seasoned Analyst will work with large scale deployment of the strategic patient facing application as part of overall the patients digital experience (PDX) portfolio and other assigned clinical ancillary systems. Works with the other teams to identify technical solutions for MyWall including selection, customization, configuration, installation to support the workflows, evaluation of third-party products and their integration. Responsibilities include the analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of the systems. Provides advanced technical expertise in a complex professional discipline, works with vendors and Project Team(s). The desired candidate must possess deep understanding of technical architecture including working knowledge of networks, security, video/audio, end-point devices (including mobile devices), HL7 interfaces and APIs. Work as an individual contributor to perform debugging and troubleshooting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall systems architecture and design in the larger context of complex heterogeneous ancillary portfolio.
- Experienced on multiple technological platforms.
- Responsible for choosing the right technology platform for implementing an architected solution.
- Serves as a design expert for all the clinical ancillary applications to ensure reliability and scalability for clinical ancillary systems.
- Business and financial acumen – great knowledge and understanding of basic business and data flow is required.
- Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the systems development concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Extensive experience designing/implementing automation to orchestrate deployment and manage configuration across all application environments using devops tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Github, etc) and integrating into automated test suites.
- Writes specifications, develops architectural concepts and artifacts.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Typically requires 4 or more years of experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent.

At least 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area required.
Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
Great communicator ability to communicate effectively to senior management
Experienced on multiple technological platforms
Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the systems development concepts, practices, and procedures.
Writes specifications, develops architectural concepts and artifacts.
At least 3 years designing and implementing devops solutions for large scale systems.
Must be a motivated individual – willing to continually learn new responsibilities.Must possess knowledge of clinical system in order to open tickets and changes, and keep good communications with users.
Advanced degree preferred but not necessary
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $76,721.83 – $92,905.16 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
