Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Sr. Infusion Care Specialist is responsible for selling, servicing and managing all Home Infusion Therapy and Closed Shop Pharmacy companies in the prescribed territory. The primary duties of the ICS include the sale and service of Capital Equipment, specifically the Curlin and Vista Basic pump, the Pinnacle Compounding System and the full line of B. Braun disposable products. Key focus products include: Needlefree, IV catheters, Nutrition, pump sets and pharmacy admixture products.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Sell to, service, and manage all Home Infusion Therapy and Closed Shop Pharmacy companies in the ICS’s territory.
- Sell and service Capital Equipment, specifically the Curlin and Vista Basic pump, the Pinnacle Compounding System and the full line of B. Braun disposable products.
- Put key focus on the following products: Needlefree, IV catheters, Nutrition, pump sets and pharmacy admixture products.
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
- Advanced computer aptitude especially Word and Excel.
- Basic understanding of continuing care structure and role of personnel.
- Ability to initiate projects and tasks with little or no direction.
- Ability to make decisions independently, sometimes without many facts available, to solve customer problems or concerns.
- Ability to work well independent of supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.
Target Based Range
$75,834 – $94,793 (plus incentive compensation)
Qualifications
Expertise: Qualifications – Experience/Training/Education/Etc
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of B. Braun sales experience
- Proven track record of successful performance
- Extensive travel required. (overnight stays).
- Valid driver’s license and registration.
Desired:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
