Sr. Integr. Marketing Manager, AWS Marketplace Marketing

We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, AWS Marketplace to support inbound and outbound demand generation programs focused on new customer acquisition and activation. In this role, you will be responsible for building strategy and content for AWS-led integrated campaigns designed to raise awareness of partner solutions, drive high-quality visitor traffic to our digital platform, and generate subscription acquisitions on AWS Marketplace.

Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with Partner and cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Business Development, and Partner Marketing specialists to identify and construct core messaging, leveraging deep market insights and technical expertise. Develop compelling and impactful content that effectively resonates with global prospects.
• Devise and implement a comprehensive multi-channel strategy to precisely target and engage specific audience segments, driving demand generation initiatives. Seamlessly integrate diverse channels to maximize reach, impact, and engagement across various touch points.
• Foster strong relationships with partners and enable AWS sales teams, ensuring seamless alignment and empowerment in the execution of marketing initiatives.
• Execute meticulously planned awareness and customer acquisition campaigns, establishing robust processes, performance metrics, and a structured test-and-learn approach. Implement quantitative modeling techniques to facilitate scenario testing and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Define and establish clear campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics. Develop a profound understanding of business objectives and cross-functional team goals, incorporating relevant constraints to ensure accurate measurement and evaluation of marketing initiatives.
• Regularly provide insightful reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting successes, identifying challenges, and proposing actionable recommendations. Present comprehensive summaries during monthly business reviews, offering a data-driven perspective on the effectiveness and impact of marketing efforts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

– 4+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

– Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

– Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

– Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Cloud Computing, Enterprise Workload Migration, DevOps, AWS Services, Data & Analytics or B2B SaaS experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
