Sr. Key Account Manager

Overview

The Sr. Key Account Manager for Food Service will execute a selling strategy in assigned accounts. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. Revenue responsibilities exceed $13MM across the Tennessee Market. Customers for this segment may include: Colleges & Universities including Tier 1 accounts, Wholesalers, Premier Hospital systems, High Profile 3rd Party Vending Operations, 3rd Party Serveries, Industry & Offices and Education accounts. Role will also include supporting the development and execution of Annual AOP priorities.

Responsibilities

Motivating others and Cross Functional collaboration will be critical including building commitment and excitement around shared goals and values. Simplifying the agenda through translating strategies into plans that can be effectively executed will be vital.

  • Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities
  • Forecasting responsibility
  • Beverage Optimizer management
  • Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth
  • Provide business coaching and career development guidance to direct reports and team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of fact-based selling experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
  • Advanced excel & power point skills
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $81000 to $135,400 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
