Job description:
In your new role you will:
- Directly supervise Central Function Financial Analysts, responsible for the reporting and analysis of financials and business support for central Function teams
- Be part of Infineon’s Operations Finance Central Function Support team, overseeing Financial Analysts that support functional areas globally, interacting directly with the Finance Operations Central Function team based in Munich.
- Provide key support to the budgeting process, financial reporting, and analysis of central Function Groups, including Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality Management, and Factory Integration.
- Provide financial support for Central Function Management, including an explanation of financial topics and analysis of the financial impact of business decisions
- Liaise with the Operations Finance Central Function Management team in Munich to ensure coordination of financial targets, underlying premises and assumptions, and financial performance of support groups
- Ensure all Internal Controls and IFRS rules are implemented and followed within Finance Operations Central Function activities
- Coordinate Best Practice Sharing for all IFAM Finance Operations teams with global colleagues and central contacts in Munich
- Manage and streamline Central Function Finance activities with global IT-based forecasting and actuals system (iCUP)
- Support the Vice President of Finance Operations with any special project, topics, etc.
Your Profile:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor or Master of Business Administration or comparable qualification like engineering in combination with financial qualification like MB
- 7+ years in different finance functions, preferably in different locations, and including experience with ERP system
- 3+ years of Managerial experience, including responsibility and development of direct reports, is required
- Strong IT skills and financial acumen, with very good overall business understanding (e.g. products, technologies, suppliers) and functional knowledge
- Broad understanding of different functions (e.g. supply chain, manufacturing, purchasing) and identification of interdependencies
- Strong communication skills, including experience presenting financial analysis and making recommendations to Management

Minimum of $121,300.00 salary per year
Maximum of $166,800.00 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
