PBNA Strategy & Transformation at PepsiCo
The North America Beverages Strategy & Transformation function plays a critical role in charting the long-term growth and portfolio development of PepsiCo’s North America Beverages sector, a $20B+ net revenue operating unit. We are tasked with ensuring the company invests in the assets and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition and maintain market leadership. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most challenging issues facing the company.
PBNA Chilled BU
The PBNA Chilled BU was created within Strategy & Transformation following the announcement of PepsiCo’s sale of a majority stake in the Juice+ business and the formation of the Tropicana Brands Group. The PBNA Chilled BU leads the elements of the Juice business that remained within PBNA post divestiture (including the PBC Chilled DSD network and certain distributor relationships). Additionally, the Chilled BU leads PBNA’s relationship TBG, inclusive of business planning, management of our $800+ million investment and 39% equity stake in the company through board representation, and supporting separation activities as TBG seeks to stand up their own functions and capabilities.
Responsibilities
As the Transformation Senior Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Finance, you will serve a key role in managing PepsiCo’s investment in TBG, inclusive of supporting the separation activities, interacting with the company, and supporting PepsiCo’s Board representation. Additionally, this position plays a key role in supporting certain Finance capabilities within the Chilled BU, including Sales Finance, FP&A, and Supply Chain Finance. As such, this position is unique within the organization as it balances elements of both the Finance and Transformation Functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and support a cross functional team as it works alongside TBG to separate and stand up certain key capabilities and ways-of-working
- Provide thought leadership to business partners and board representation
- Support the Chilled BU’s period forecast and close processes inclusive of appropriate analysis and identification of tactics and support needed to drive business results
- Partner with and support Division Sales Finance and Small Format Distributor sales teams
- Support the communications and interactions with TBG inclusive of performance tracking, JBP process management, and business reviews
- Partner with Chilled BU Operations and Commercial teams to support Distributor and Franchise strategic initiatives
- Manage the winddown of TSAs (transition service agreements) along with developing stranded cost strategies
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,300 – $177,850
based on full-time schedule.
Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- 8-12 years of progressive responsibility and experience in some of the following areas: FP&A, Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Strategy, and Transformation
- MBA or CPA is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to think “outside the box”
- Highly motivated and comfortable with times of ambiguity
- Results-oriented with the ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
- Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience within Juice+ Finance or PBC Chilled DSD a plus
