We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and experienced Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead the BioProduction Group’s digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of omni-channel digital campaigns, analytics, web SEO/SEM, integrated search, and information architecture. Additionally, they will have a history of effectively leading teams and be passionate about developing talent, crafting a roadmap, and establishing efficient workflows within a sophisticated organizational structure. As the senior manager, you will lead the assessment of our current digital landscape across our businesses and verticals, identifying opportunities for growth, and translating that vision into strategy and a roadmap to drive business performance. You will lead a dedicated team of digital specialists, analysts, and collaborators to implement that strategy, as well as rolling up your sleeves to conduct audits and analysis.

A Day in the Life:
- Lead and strategize omni-channel digital marketing campaigns:
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Supervise the execution of digital campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, display advertising) to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance, using data-driven insights.
- Drive SEO/SEM and integrated search initiatives:
- Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve organic and paid search rankings.
- Collaborate with SMEs to optimize website content, structure, and keywords.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure maximum search visibility.
- Improve information architecture and develop immersive content:
- Work closely with designers and developers to optimize the user experience.
- Conduct regular audits and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant enhancements.
- Lead an exceptional team:
- Provide guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
- Develop a collaborative and innovative culture, promoting knowledge sharing and inclusivity.
- Establish a roadmap and way of working:
- Develop a strategic roadmap for digital marketing initiatives, prioritizing projects and setting achievable goals.
- Establish efficient workflows, processes, and methodologies to streamline digital marketing operations.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment with overall marketing and organizational objectives.
Keys to Success:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field
Experience
- Experience (6+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on omnichannel campaign strategy (SEO, paid search, social), website architecture and immersive content
- Strong understanding of the latest technologies, tools, and platforms for B2B digital marketing.
- B2B and Biotechnology experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to translate strategy into projects and drive project execution/optimization based on data and analytics
- Experience developing teams, encouraging growth, collaboration, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Strong project management and organizational skills, prioritizing and leading multiple initiatives
- Outstanding communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior collaborators
- Experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.00-$165,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
