The salary range estimated for this position is $122,100 – $205,100. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
Position Summary:
The IT Mergers and Acquisitions team works closely with corporate business development and the Integration Management Office (IMO) performing technology assessments (Due Diligence) during mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. The team also establishes IT process governance, strategy development and program management of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for Global IT.
As a team member of Center of Excellence for IT M&A, we work in partnership with IT functional and business leaders to leverage Practical Process Improvement (PPI) and continuously improve to ensure robust processes for system integrations.
How you will make an impact:
In this role you will have responsibility for strategic leadership within the M&A team as well as leading technical teams as part of high-profile M&A programs within the Corporate Solutions Integration (CSI) M&A IT team.
You will work closely with the internal IT and functional business groups to ensure we meet technical needs for mergers, acquisitions, and/or divestitures for successful delivery of integration activities in the infrastructure, employee experience, architecture, business applications and other work teams. Partnership with other IT functions such as PMO, applications, Corporate infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams is critical to your success in this role. In addition, you will be driving efficiency and effectiveness of integration projects in support of the business goals and objectives.

What you will do:
- Lead large and complex strategic M&A programs for the CSI team by following Project Management framework and creating detailed plan
- Participate in due diligence activities and work closely with the corporate development team and also focus on opportunities to improve the efficiency of the process
- Assist in PMO management activities and tasks related to strategic roadmap projects and programs
- Develop and proactively manage team strategy, to include functional capabilities, tools/applications, staffing, etc.
- Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users and company personnel
How you will get here:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Project Management
Experience
10+ years’ Experience managing IT projects, relevant technical knowledge with infrastructure systems, O365, Business Applications, ERP, etc., and 5+ years of IT people management. The ability to:
- Balance both long-term and short-term implications of decisions on projects
- Resolve conflicts that may arise, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and excellent documentation practices
- Lead and influence colleagues at all levels of the organization toward our strategic goals
- Travel up to 40%
