About this Role:

Chubb’s digital marketing team is an inspiring digital first team dedicated to driving digital channel strategy, executing, and optimizing campaigns. The focus is to partner with marketing and communication team members to fuel revenue growth using marketing technology, user experience, data, and analytics.

This highly collaborative role will be responsible for partnering with the North American marketing team to design success metrics, campaign KPIs, manage paid media spend, campaign and department reporting. This role will work across the IT, data team, product and businesses to source data and scale processes to measure campaign success. We are looking for someone who is a thought leader in marketing data and analytics. Someone who has implemented data driven decision making, performance marketing and results in both B2C but also B2B and B2B2C marketing/communication environments.

By consulting with marketing and business subject matter experts, this team member will do hands on data work to create google dashboards, campaign dashboards using tableau, work with tables and databases, We will look at this data leader to influence our engineers to get better access to data to drive greater data integrations. Create better actionable reporting and analysis that benefits our department and our businesses as well as build the roadmap for marketing for data and analysis needs.

This role will report to the VP or North America Digital Marketing and be a critical partner to developing our data driven capabilities. Have a thorough understanding of how to build a practice of data driven marketing and communication organization. Ensuring our data is up to date, best in class, well maintained and governed.

This role can sit in our Philadelphia, Whitehouse Station or Jersey City offices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact, and responsible for the deliveries of any data analysis and reporting needs across the N. American marketing/communication teams.
  • Responsible for deliveries across many concurrent active projects, being able to provide status and transparency to partners
  • Deliver actionable insights that create better campaigns and experiences. Being able to deliver dashboards, reports, pulled from various digital marketing platforms like google analytics, Demandbase, Dunn & Bradstreet, internal master data management (MDM) and CRM systems
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering teams, influence product owners, business sponsors, strategist, and 3 rd party design companies to create strategic marketing data roadmap and delivery or new services
  • Understand the lead generation, and customer life cycle journey of both B2B and B2C and B2B2C models
  • Product owner and expertise in Google Analytics implementation and reporting dashboards
  • Product owner and expertise in Demandbase and Dunn and Bradstreet systems to drive integration, data intelligence
  • Build our ability to track user’s cross platform to gain better customer journey intelligence
  • Ability to work with offline data and map across data sets to combine information and create more robust reporting
  • Drive department monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs
  • Familiarity to create stories through data visualization
  • Have a strong working knowledge of marketing and data technologies like Medallia, Adobe experience manager and Salesforce marketing cloud, SQL & ETL programming

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital, demand-based data driven marketing in a B2B and B2C vertical, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics, ETL & SQL

Additional Skills & Experience:

  • Data strategy & execution: demonstrate experience and success in creating and driving business and customer strategy through data, insights, reporting and analytics
  • Expert in paid media, SEM, media mix modeling, digital marketing reporting, data governance, dashboards, and analytics
  • Proficient in data engineering, data mining, data modeling and data dictionary
  • Be able to lead data and insights workshops
  • KPI and OKR creation, tracking and reporting
  • Create automated reporting and department campaign metrics
  • Create SLAs and be able to scale data reporting and analytics execution
  • Be able to present to senior leader’s – marketing results, insights and reporting based on data, user needs and business requirements

The pay range for the role is $92,500 to $158,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
