Sr. Manager, Merchandise
BMG is excited to expand its merchandise services with a strong focus on maximizing e-commerce opportunities for global artist brands. We are looking for a Product Manager Merchandise with a deep understanding of the merchandising business, who can also move comfortably in the world of music to join our Recorded Music team. You will be responsible for running several artist webstores, managing relationships with B2B partners, overseeing production and driving business growth.

In this role, your creativity will know no limits – you will excel in marketing ideas and client pitch presentations.
What You’ll Be Doing.
- Set up and maintain webstores, manage webstore content and product assortments, optimize user experience, and maximize conversion.
- Build and maintain close relationships with B2B partners, oversee end-to-end fulfilment / distribution process in close consultation with merchandise partners.
- Act as primary and central point of contact for ecommerce business, aligning key stakeholders and ensuring strict adherence to schedules and deadlines.
- Conceptualize, pitch, and manage production of new merchandise products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on developing e-commerce merchandising strategies.
- Evaluate key performance indicators and provide data-driven insight into webstore performance, adapt strategy to optimize deployment of resources and improve business outcomes.
- Conduct inventory management and drive product and marketing decisions based on data analytics.
Your Profile
- You have a deep understanding of the merchandising business from previous experience in product management, preferably in the merchandising or fashion sector: planning, sales forecasting, production, marketing, and performance monitoring/analysis.
- You have experience with artist (client/partner) relationship management.
- You have an existing network in the product merchandising industry.
- You take pride in being highly accurate and organized in planning product launches with ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects at the same time.
- You are proficient with the use of ecommerce platform Shopify, advanced skills in content & design software (graphic design/ mock-up creation) and excellent MS Office Suite skills.
- You utilize your ability to efficiently prioritize a demanding workload and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are confident with managing and prioritizing internal and external stakeholder needs and demands.
It’s a plus if you also are proficient with working with e-commerce platforms: Demandware, Adobe Experience Manager, and/or others.

Pay Range
$65,00 – $80,000 per annum
The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
