The Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications will be a strong marketing generalist with a background in digital marketing, communications, and ability to manage marketing campaign efforts driving agent/broker/client engagement across the organization.
As a member of the Global Marketing, Communications and Investor Relations team, this self-motivated and energetic leader will be someone with the ability to think methodically and support business objectives with data and creativity. This team player is ambitious, stays up to date with market/digital marketing trends, lends ideas for innovation and collaborates across the organization’s commercial business areas.
Key responsibilities:
The selected candidate’s key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the business’ day-to-day digital, communications, marketing strategies and tactics, including agent/broker communications, collateral development, and employee communication in coordination with the Chubb North America Marketing Communications team.
- Helping to drive marketing strategy and end-to-end omni channel sales/marketing campaign management targeting distribution partners and target accounts. Ensure all assets are executed following all applicable marketing controls
- Responsible for dashboard reporting with measurement tracking and focus on ROI/impact of marketing activities, working with colleagues to integrate marketing capabilities with MarTech and CRM platforms
- Constant focus on extracting and obtaining target audience data to elevate campaigns, messaging, and overall marketing strategy
- Meeting regularly with colleagues to share best practices, business developments, updates, and upcoming events.
- Write, edit, and proofread content relating to digital marketing assets including social medial, email communications, video’s; website portals for staff, agents, customers, and the public; marketing collateral – PowerPoints, talking points, highlight sheets, FAQs, etc.
- Upholding standards for quality production and service, remaining accountable for meeting deadlines, and updating stakeholders on the progress of projects
- Providing virtual/on-site support at events as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required -Marketing major preferred
- 7+ years of experience in a marketing or communication role required
- B2B marketing experience preferred
- Insurance or Financial Services industry experience preferred
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities, including spelling and grammar with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to synthesize complex financial and insurance-related materials and to craft creative, persuasive content for distribution and field audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills with aptitude for managing simultaneous projects in a deadline-driven work environment
- Extensive experience with digital marketing, CRM and marketing technology
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; takes initiative and effectively collaborates with colleagues from adjacent teams as needed to achieve shared goals

The pay range for the role is $80,500 to $137,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
