Job Responsibilities
The Sr. Manager partners with Engineering and Supply Chain to prioritize Bugs, enhancements, and projects; works with the global PLM users (Engineers, Supplier Business Managers, Buyers, and Field Engineers), to improve the PLM systems usability. You will also develop and manage the short-term and long-term PLM strategy in accordance with key stakeholders and PLM decision makers.
- Manage a team of PLM program managers responsible for administering, supporting, and improving Lam’s Enovia PLM system including.
- Set priorities for PLM continuous improvement development by aligning cross-functionally with PLM stakeholders to ensure development velocity and output meets business needs.
- Provide PLM Program Management and Business System Analyst support in place for all company-wide projects impacting PLM.
- Work with GIS (IT) and third-party vendors to maintain system performance, up-time, and developer quality.
- Project manage assigned PLM related improvement projects including requirements definition, process alignment, development, testing, training, and deployment.
- Responsible for the department’s analytics vision, objectives, dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Ensure PLM is meeting end user business needs and enabling speed to solution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Fifteen (15) years’ experience in a related project management experience within wafer equipment or other related high tech industry.
- Five (5) years’ experience in a functional management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional global projects and/or large functional teams.
- Prior Engineering Change Management / PLM work experience and knowledge of product BOM structures, configuration management, change control, PLM systems, engineering, and manufacturing business processes.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, and PLM-related integrations.
- Experience working with Dassault Enovia PLM and Technia TVC overlay.
- Experience working with JIRA to manage software development.
- General query/reporting/analytics skills to support the business operations, with specific system capabilities in PLM systems and SAP. Desired capability with Qlik, Power BI, Power Aps, Kinaxis, other operational systems.
Salary and Benefits
CA San Francisco Bay Area – Salary Range for this position: $119,000- $255,000.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
