Would you like to be part of a fast-growing fin-tech payments ecosystem at Amazon? Amazon Pay team looking for a Senior Manager to redefine Amazon Pay’s payment acceptance strategy. As a leader, you will drive overall vision and product strategy, gain leadership buy-in and investment for new alternative payment methods, streamline all new payment method launches and optimize existing payment instruments are that live on Amazon Pay. You will collaborate with internal Amazon Payments teams and external fin-tech partners to develop Amazon Pay’s differentiated offering. You will overseeing aspects of customer experience, pricing, technical strategy and growth of launched products. You’ll need to operate with a high level of autonomy, operate analytically, working backwards from data and customer insights to build innovative solutions to unsolved problems. As a product leader, you’ll need to have a proven track record of creating a unified product
Key job responsibilities
As a product leader, you will: –
1. Own the vision and strategy for all network and alternative payment methods accepted on Amazon Pay; develop and grow a payment method portfolio and features to increase buyer preference to use Amazon Pay.
2. Partner effectively with other leaders in product, program, design, marketing, engineering, science and business intelligence to influence priorities and drive alignment.
3. Negotiate with external fin-tech partners to bring the best payment offering to Amazon Pay.
4. Maintain excellent judgment on prioritization between focusing features, architectural improvements and operational excellence.
5. Monitor project execution and ensuring that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with target dates
6. Write and present documents, working backwards from customer and partner needs, independently to Amazon Payments Leadership Teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
– 6+ years of team management experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with end to end product delivery
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $142,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
