Sr Manager, Product Manager-Tech, WW Recruiting

their full potential? PXT Talent is looking for a world-class Sr. Mgr PM-T to redefine

interaction, intelligence and execution globally and at scale for talent acquisition and recruiring

at Amazon. The role creates large scale impact across all lines of business and multiple tech

teams within Amazon. This role will create a new global product that automates and optimizes

majority of the actions and decision making in the recruiting space. This experience spans across

employees in the field and central teams, and transforms how Amazon hires the workforce to

deliver for its customers.

Key job responsibilities

As the Sr. Mgr PM-T, you will set the product vision, define high-impact use cases, analyze user

data and program growth, to propose a strategic roadmap working directly with key stakeholders

across three tech teams within PXT-Talent. You are an evangelist of the product, incorporating

the needs of customers and stakeholders, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption in

partnership with program stakeholder teams.

In this role, you will lead a dedicated two-pizza team, inclusive of software engineers, data

engineers, tech program managers, UX designer, UX researcher, and scientists to develop and

deliver this experience to help Amazon hire and retain the required workforce at the right time in

the right place at a low cost. This initiative has VP-level visibility, and needs a single threaded

leader to define, create and build a platform that can be intuitively customizable by all recruiting

functions across Amazon.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of team management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
