We are looking for a Sr. Manager – Program Management leader to be part of a startup product team establishing end to end processes and products to hold a high Under-the-Roof quality bar for the program. You’ll be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, define the quality bar for UTR operations, develop simplified and scalable programs and processes to maintain a high UTR bar, and develop ideas for long term products to hold a high UTR bar for the program.
Key Responsibilities:
– Define and deliver important programs with broad cross-functional and cross-organizational business impact
– Lead the design of the solution, implementation, and delivery of a highly complicated cross-functional project in a new business area
– Bring strong, data-driven business and strategic judgment to decisions
– Invent, evolve, improve, and simplify processes and technology requirements (when appropriate).
– Develop business and process requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap. Create buy-in for the vision both internally and with key external partners
– Approach complex business problems, aligning divergent stakeholder teams to a common plan
– Manage and lead a high performing team of senior program managers
– Ensure team members get opportunities to operate at their full potential, and are trained as future leaders
Role is based out of Bellevue (Seattle).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 7+ years of team management experience
– Bachelor’s degree, or PMP
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience managing teams
– Experience delivering cross functional projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
– 7+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
– Experience managing teams of 6 or more
– MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
