Job Description:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated web developer to join an exciting team. As a valued member, you will have the chance to drive innovative solutions to develop new websites and tools as well as support existing applications, create and maintain Power BI reporting to support Contact Centers, and manage a team of reporting analysts. Your responsibilities will include developing new metrics and reporting from multiple data sources and supporting automation of existing manual reporting, existing databases, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new websites and tools as well as support existing applications.
- Create and maintain Power BI reporting to support Contact Centers
- Manage a team of reporting analysts. Ability to upskill team members as required through coaching and recommended continuing education.
- Support the automation of existing manual reporting.
- Develop new metrics and reporting from multiple data sources.
- Support existing databases and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain existing Alteryx workflows and develop new workflows as needed.
To succeed in this dynamic role, you should have extensive SQL experience writing complex queries and stored procedures, setting up agent jobs, and creating and managing SSIS packages would help if you also were experienced working with data from various databases including SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata, web development and scripting languages (ColdFusion, C#/VB/Python/Javascript/R), BI tools such as Spotfire and PowerBI, Alteryx or related tools for automation and analysis. You should also be extremely comfortable with the MS Office suite of products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word specifically).
The ideal candidate is an experienced and organized problem solver who has the initiative and communication abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously with little supervision. They should also have the strength to successfully manage, motivate, and coach a team of reporting analysts. Limited travel may be involved occasionally, and some evening or weekend work is required. Additionally, the successful candidate should be prepared to perform server maintenance, repair, and recovery in an on-call capacity as needed.

Required Skills:
- Extensive SQL Experience writing complex queries and stored procedures, setting up agent jobs, and creating and managing SSIS packages.
- Experience working with data from various databases including SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata
