Mitigate against the risk of business disruption from internal failures and external disasters by developing and maintaining tools and access administration in support of the Business Continuity, Crisis/Incident Management, Operational Resilience, Third-Party Risk Management and Technology Disaster Recovery disciplines. Provide administrative and development support for the Fusion Risk Management (RM) application which is built upon the Salesforce platform. Provide ongoing maintenance, health, performance, and administration of the production Fusion RM platform including multiple sandbox environments. Responsible for development or configuration of application changes such as objects, fields, page layouts, permissions, workflows, etc.; Resolution of application issues and implementation of enhancements following standard change and release management processes; Testing all changes to ensure development is working as designed; Communication and collaboration with business users to provide required customer support; Documentation of application changes; and Oversight of vendor support case management.
What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role. Skills: Experience and/or education must include: Application and configuration development of objects, fields, page layouts, permissions, workflows, etc. using tool and technologies such as Transactional SQL and C# Programming; Salesforce Experience – Salesforce development experience with Apex Programming, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Data Loader, and Work Bench; Experience with Information Technology Testing, Change and Release processes; Communication and collaboration with End Users, Vendor Support Teams, and other internal Technology Teams; Technical Documentation of the application business processes; and Jira software experience or other agile-related software developments tools.
