Design and develop Treasury Data Exchange application which is implemented in Spring Cloud Data Flow (SCDF) following Microservice architecture in Spring Boot using Java 8 (JDK 1.8). Develop/architect Harrier-Core spring boot application which is consumed by SecLending Data Exchange and Risk Data Exchange which involves REST API’s like GET/ POST and PUT. Implement RRBUS service registry and OAUTH security policy for Harrier application. Perform Teach Lead responsibilities for Harrier and Thunderbird application and be a SME for dependent applications such as Control-M, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ development. Improve code quality of Harrier application by fixing vulnerabilities, bugs and security issues and implement Junit Mockito framework for unit testing. Create Bamboo built and deployment plans to implement CI/CD. Involved in Agile ceremonies and provided recommendation to improve scrum process. Provide support for Level 3 production issues. Create application deploy packages for releases. Advance Agile team growth by participating in ceremonies and leading tech requirements story review. Take point on critical project, improvement and other development endeavors. Engage with variety of staff: BSAs, Product Owners, Developers, QA, Management. Build and maintain positive relationships and partnerships with team members and partners. Lead and promote the Scrum Teams and overall Agile maturity efforts. Provide direct mentorship to the junior developers on the team. Aid in delivering technical strategies and solutions, application development, and end-user services. See the big picture but also navigate the details. Work multi-functionally as a teammate to develop mutually acceptable solutions. Tackle problems and provide support, taking responsibility to make decisions when appropriate. Balance diverse set of projects and tasks. Provide crisp and well-understood directives and communication. Communicate on a technical and non-technical level to all levels of staff and management. Track and manage dependencies across lines of business and platforms. Understand applications from a technical and business perspective. Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and lead by example. Be comfortable with ambiguity while seeking clarity.
What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science or related field and Six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related role. Skills: Experience and/or education must include: Distributed technologies, including Java and SQL; Continuous Integration skills including Bitbucket/Bamboo automated build/deploy solutions; Testing methodologies, including unit testing/TDD, BDD, and automation; and Jdk 1.8, Micro-services, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, Cucumber; PCF, Cloud Data Flow, REST, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Junit, Mockito, Maven, Splunk, GIT, IntelliJ.
