DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr Manager of Marketing for Early Intervention focusing on leading our US marketing strategy, as well as upstream marketing for our Orthovisc and Monovisc platform areas. This position will be based in one of our DePuy Synthes offices: Raynham, MA, Westchester, PA, Warsaw, IN or Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a long-term strategic vision and strategy for the Early Intervention business to continue to extend market leadership position
- Own clinical evidence generation strategy for pipeline and launched assets with the health economics and market access teams
- Lead the Clinical evidence-generation strategy and collaborate with platform marketing teams and develop innovative ways to increase market share
- Leading development and execution of brand plans including staying current on market dynamics to ensure strategic and tactical marketing plans meet business needs
- Serve as marketing lead for any integration/ mergers and acquisition work related to the area of biologics and biomaterials expertise
- Lead new product development in collaboration with R&D, business case/market model creation, and maintain innovation pipeline
- Support creative content development and analytics needs for assigned portfolio areas
- Works effectively with external agencies and across the internal organization.
- Balance long-term initiatives with short-term, quick-delivery projects
- Perform administrative work, including ensuring account documentation, compliance training requirements, and expense reporting
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $170,000.
