Job Responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving Quarterly Commit/Forecast Reviews leading to executive presentation to OCEO staff as well as aligning commercial Deals/Volume Purchase Agreement (VPA) Management for North America and Korea regions to prevent financial surprises.
Leading quarterly commits reviews

- Responsible for managing the creation of executive presentation materials by leading alignment among stakeholders, aligning on content and adhering to schedules.
- Work closely with BDSO, Corporate Analytics Group (CAG), and Account Teams to produce presentation requirements including templates and content proposal.
- Drive process improvement and corrective actions for postmortem actions and ensuring presentation deck content is effectively structured to respond to business needs each forecast cycle.
Deals Management:
- Responsible for managing forecast accuracy for customer VPA packages and deals by driving quarterly alignment with stakeholders (Account Teams, PG BD, BDSO, Finance)
- Track and monitor performance of commercial deals (financials) against approved terms and conditions and drive alignment in case of deviations.
- Collaborate with Sales, sales operations, and Business Development teams to drive profitability improvement.
- Support finance deals reviews and validations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience in Sales, Finance, or deals desk management within an international company, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy and under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, detail oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
- Experience with SAP CRM preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with semiconductor industry preferred.
Prior business or deals management experience preferred.
Salary and Benefits
CA San Francisco Bay Area – Salary Range for this position: $119,000- $255,000.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
