Key job responsibilities
– Hiring and developing talent
– Define a strategy for solutions that speed implementation and maximize reuse
– Synthesize a range of industry and partner inputs, and technology trends to define a roadmap of features that delight customers
– Develop clear business requirements that inform product architecture and technical specifications
– Proactively identify and address technical or business obstacles to achieving our scaling goals
– Evaluate vendor technology roadmaps and engage with strategic vendors to evangelize Amazon roadmap requirements
– Work with business development and other product and engineering leaders to analyze new business opportunities and to drive product prioritization
– Own programs end-to-end, delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of team management experience
– 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
– 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
