Sr. Partner Marketing Program Manager, AMER, Scalable Programs

Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented, self-directed Senior Partner Marketing Program Manager to build programs at scale for AWS Partners in the Americas. The Sr. Partner Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for the strategic annual planning, budgeting of programs, execution with and through approved agencies. This leader will build for optimization of an existing Marketing Concierge Program and team of regional marketing contractors to accelerate lead generation and pipeline with and through strategic partners.

In the Senior Programs role, you will build, execute, and report on AWS Programs with and through the AWS Marketing Concierge Program and team of Virtual Partner Marketing Managers (vPMMs) that scales marketing support to strategic AWS Partners.

In this role, you will align business priorities to build AWS programs and optimize partner-led campaigns that scale through Virtual Partner Marketing Managers and the strategic Partners they support. This includes building the strategy for vPMMs that fuel lead generation at scale through the execution of partner led programs. You work with AWS approved agencies for program development that leverage direct budgets and MDF to execute. You will enable the team of vPMMs on lead generations programs and GTMs. You will determine inputs for the vPMM team and establish annual goals that are reported to internal stakeholders monthly. Your external stakeholders are Partners of AWS. Internal stakeholders are America’s Partner focused teams; such as, Partner Development, Partner Sales, and Global Partner Marketing organizations. You will act as the primary contact for the Marketing Concierge Program and team of vPMMs within the America’s Partner Marketing organization with regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings, and quarterly planning sessions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building partner programs, and managing small teams. It’s essential to have a keen eye for identifying new opportunities, while quickly assessing challenges, and determining both a short-term and long-term marketing support models. You need to analyze data, develop insights through learnings to provide strategic guidance to your stakeholders on programs and support models for strategic Partners. It’s key to be detail-oriented and well organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

2/Build and manage processes to incorporate planning inputs that drive scalable outputs.

3/Determine program and people goals.

4/Work cross-functionally with Partner teams, operations, and functional leaders to drive influence in planning and management of marketing contractors.

5/Drive leadership business reviews on short- and long-term to-partner program strategies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 5+ years of program or project management experience

– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
