Our team is changing the way we interact with customers around the globe. We are building a new, emerging business to solve some of the biggest logistical challenges facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry.

We are looking to hire an experienced leader to join our Program and Operations team. In this role, you will own the program’s performance & reliability KPIs, love diving deep to uncover root causes, and partner cross-functionally to drive business reporting and mechanisms that eliminate defects over the test of time. You will be part of the core team that will be planning operations across all legs of the supply chain (first, middle, and last mile). This role works closely with Product, BI, Account Management, and Operations teams. As this position involves regular interaction with senior leadership (Senior Managers, Directors), you need to be comfortable communicating efficiently at all levels whilst working directly with various functional teams.

• Oversee the operational roadmap of programs coordinating prioritization and resourcing with internal and external project owners.
• Spearhead new initiatives that enable growth, enhance our processes, and improve quality for our customers.
• Can travel up-to 25% of the time.
