Product Managers are the builders in Amazon. They are responsible for building new features, tools, processes, and business. We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Product Manager to own and build multiple cutting edge applications and drive both critical day-day activities and strategic vision.

– Lead product roadmap and strategy for Sales and Operations Planning products for NA countries
– Work closely with senior management and engineers to deliver innovative software products
– Create buy-in for product vision both internally and externally and evangelize that vision within the organization
– Develop detailed business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and design
– Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning
– Drive projects, product and feature launches with teams inside Amazon

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
– Master’s degree or equivalent
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with end to end product delivery
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience as a product manager or owner
– Experience owning technology products
– Strong data analytics skills and SQL capabilities to provide fact-based recommendations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
– Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
