The Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) organization made up of various functions that are dedicated to improving the customer experience for all existing and future customers of Amazon’s diverse businesses, globally. We build products and solutions that help us evaluate trends and opportunities, and work with teams all over the world to influence existing products and services, as well as those that are not yet launched. We are searching for an experienced, talented, and customer obsessed leader to come join our growing global team as a Sr. Product Manager, Customer Experience and Business Trends.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering emerging customer experience insights, partnering with senior business and technical leaders across the company, building high visibility inspection mechanisms, and ensuring Amazon is providing the best possible customer experience.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of looking around corners for emerging customer needs and translating those needs into real world solutions and impact. In this role, you will research and assess customer trends and emerging technology areas, engage with senior leaders to align on priorities, and deliver insights that influence strategic decisions around the world. You will excel at earning trust of our most senior leaders, communicating multi-faceted findings clearly, and using data and sound business judgment to drive and influence strategic decisions.
Key job responsibilities
- Generate and surface key emerging customer trends that Amazon should be thinking about now to better serve our customers.
- Partner with tech and business teams to refine and iterate on ideas, influencing strategic plans.
- Drive and influence key business decisions across the company on regular basis.
- Partner with internal customers to drive projects forward.
- Strong project management and product management skills.
- Demonstrate ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment
- Ability to manage a dynamic and complex projects independently and proactively
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- MBA
- Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Research Sciences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
