Sr Product Manager – Digital ID

NEC Digital Platform delivers vision AI based products, platforms and services to global market. NEC and select partners use these to deliver solutions to government and enterprise market. Some of these include industry leading NeoFace facial recognition technology, Iris recognition technology, video analytics, digital ID platform and services.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and manage our digital identity and vision AI products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for product strategy, defining product requirements, delivery high-quality competitive product by coordinating with our global development teams in US and abroad. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, engage our partners, work closely with our sales and promotion teams. You will also attend conferences, represent our company in standards organizations. As a senior product manager, you will successfully manage product development and service delivery process from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for digital identity platform and services.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for new Vision AI products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research teams, development, technical sales, and business development to define product requirements, roadmap and priorities.
  • Study market, analyze competitive landscape, gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products and features.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and use data to make informed decisions, keep management and stakeholders updated on the progress.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats to the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience in digital identity products and services
  • Strong understanding in latest digital ID developments, standards and applications
  • Knowledge of Blockchain, De-centralized ID and Web3
  • Experience in vision AI for security, healthcare or any related areas
  • Strong understanding of identity technologies, biometrics market and related markets
  • Proven track record of launching successful digital identity products, platforms, and services
  • Proven track record in partner/customer engagement, products messaging, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with machine learning and computer vision applications and concepts
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Analytical mindset with experience to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple products and services

Hybrid work environment

25% – 35% Travel may be rquired to attend conferences and customer visits.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $155,000; depending upon the selected candidate’s relevant experience, the exact salary for the role may fall outside of this range. This role will also be eligible to participate in the Company’s bonus/incentive program(s).
